New Diet!

A year and a half ago, I quit smoking.  It was a challenge, but I did it, and I've never looked back.  Now, I've decided that my next challenge is going to be getting healthy.  Eating healthy, exercising, getting enough sleep, etc.  To that end, today I got busy.  I set up an account on MyFitnessPal, which, by the way?  Is totally awesome!  I set it up by putting in my current weight, goal weight, age, height, and how many times/how long I plan to exercise each week.  It tells me how many calories a day I should eat, as well as how much fat, fiber and protein.  It has a food database where you can pick the foods you ate that day, and it adds the nutrition info automatically.  It also subtracts the calories from the exercises you do.  Awesome.  I also went to the store and bought a metric ton of healty, low-calorie foods.  I got a bunch of Special K stuff (cereal, snacks, etc.) and some light, fat-free yogurt.  I am so ready to do this.

My name is Jessi, and I'm a junk-foodoholic.  And now, I'm taking back my body.
